Mr. TITH Savuthy is an attorney-at-law and member of the Bar Association of
the Kingdom of Cambodia. He graduated from Royal University of Law and
Economics (RULE) with Bachelor of Law and from National University of
Management (NUM) with Master in Business Administration. He completed
the Lawyers’ Training Center in 2004. Before joining the Bar Association, he
got Bachelor of Education from Royal University of Phnom Penh, and also
Diploma in Economy and Finance from Royal School of Administration.
Apart from local trainings, Mr. Savuthy also got oversea trainings in China,
Japan, Republic of Korea, France and Thailand on the topics of public
administration, policy, local planning, and information management. He is
currently working as a lawyer, commercial arbitrator and law university
lecturer. He had previously worked as a legal consultant, technical researcher,
and administrative officer for a number of public institutions before joining
the Bar Association. His main areas of expertise are commercial law, criminal
law, civil law and public administration.
